Dork & Hat #3

This is the last Dork & Hat comic I plan on writing since it kind of finishes a single story and because I think I've had my fun with the concept. I found this one much harder to write than the previous two. Because I'm feeling really depressed and forlorn at the moment. Vile hugs are needed I'm afraid.

Anyway, enough of my own personal shite problems. This is the last Dork & Muffin and It has collateral damage in it.

Dork & Hat #3

Page 1

Panel 1

This panel should fill the top half of the page. Close up, with dynamic lines, of OLDHAT power screaming and swinging her giant sword over her head.

No dialog.

Panel 2

Quarter of the page panel. On the left.

DORKMUFFIN is clinging on top the side of the Zeppelin with one hand. Her staff is falling away into the distance metropolis below.

No dialog.

Panel 3

Quarter of the page panel. On the right.

Mid shot of the Zeppelin deck. DOCTOR CROMERTY's ray gun is charging up. Electricty is crackling from the sides of it. OLDHAT is running towards DOCTOR CROMERTY.

Panel 4

Rest of the page.

OLDHAT hits DOCTOR CROMERTY with her sword. The ray gun is thrown out of his hands and spins in the air.

Page 2

Panel 1

Close up on the ray gun hitting the deck. The business end of the ray gun is pointing up at an angle out of the top of the panel.

Panel 2

DOCTOR CROMERTY is bent double clutching his middle. The ray gun in the background can be seen firing a bolt. DORKMUFFIN is halfway through pulling herself up from the side of the Zeppelin.

Panel 3

Long shot. The Doom Zepplin's gas bag exploding above the city.

Panel 4

DORKMUFFIN and OLDHAT walking away from the burning Hindenburg style wreckage of the doom Zeppelin. They are in a park. It is snowing ash. DORKMUFFIN's staff has embedded itself in the grass just in front of DORKMUFFIN. OLDHAT is walking alongside DORKMUFFIN. Her sword is being rested on her shoulder.

Oldhat: Do you think our insurance will cover the collateral damage?

Dorkmuffin: Possibly.

Oldhat: Good enough.
